So this is rather embarassing.I've been fishing in Oregon.thinking I was in Colorado. The park features two shelters and a large pavilion with picnic tables and restrooms. yeah.so here's the thing.your comment got me thinking, so I fired up Fishing Planet. Originally posted by darrren:i think he meens the water inlet top left corner(where we used to fish rainbows) Unless hes got colorado mixed up with origon lol i think he meens the water inlet top left corner(where we used to fish rainbows) What waterfall!? <-seriously not trolling I can't find it. How about we hear from some of the folks who like it! Tell everyone why in the comments below. I would gather that there are other simfishers out there who enjoy it too. The waterfall is wonderful and the map is beautiful.but it seems most people avoid this location. I just started to fish it, and yes the fishing net doesn't get particularly full, but I think it's really relaxing and I do catch a slow-but-steady amount of fish (bass, brown, rainbow, cutthrout on #2/0 Crank 3lbs-8lbs Spinning Setup). And I think that steers many away from ever going there. but little about what makes Colorado special. blewberry:I am hoping to keep this thread spirited to the positive things about Colorado rather than why it sucks and what other locations are better :) there's a lot of that already.
